Wow! It took Franklin Raines a couple of years to earn a bonus of $20 million. Here Bill Daley earned that in one year. I am sure his relationship to the Dumasrats Chicago Political Machine had no connection to his earning ability. Just as it has no relationship to his being appointed White House Chief of Staff.
