Except for restaurants (ie location, location...), we and all other mining companies need 1 major thing in addition to "having the goods" -- management, management management! Give Fred A the reins and he will get the proper people etc. Any one who doesn't understand that doesn't understand business. Lou Gerstner at IBM can explain that to you if you don't get it. We have a golden opportunity here, get on board and ride with people who can build and run the airlines.
