Not China!!! That's where the flus come from.

I would recommend Kiribati to you, which ought to be a Pacific paradise, but apparently they have dengue fever and other horrible ailments, brought about by overpopulation, no water or sewage treatment, and general filth.

So I think we may just be best off where we are.
