From today's CBS Marketwatch: Microsoft loses battle in antitrust war cbs.marketwatch.com In June, the appeals court overturned Jackson's preliminary injunction in a related case, ruling that Microsoft had probably not violated a 1995 consent decree by forcing computer makers to buy Microsoft's Internet Explorer software if they wanted to buy Windows. The current case is based on the Sherman Antitrust Act, not on a consent decree. Jackson gave Microsoft very little hope that he would throw the case out before trial, saying the appeals court ruling was irrelevant because "I'm going to be finding facts here." Good Investing
