Missed it! Oh, well. Never mind. Did I say that I couldn't find any SEC filings for Kleer-Vu? Nothing under KLVU (used to be KLI when it was on the Amex), but, what to my wondering eyes did appear when I called up an old 13D (from 1996) for MicroTel but this: www4.edgar-online.com In it you will read of an extremely complicated deal involving MicroTel, Kleer-Vu, Daniel Dror, Elk International, and several other parties. (Possibly the reason we've had trouble finding out anything about Elk is that it's a Bahamas corporation.)
