I agree that Mr. Shell is legit. It was my posts on Raging Bull about financials that he honestly and completely responded too. I also appreciate that I have not been flamed as well on these boards. My most concerning point is also related to having "personal" access to the CEO of a public company. If Mr. Shell is reading this (and my desire is that he not respond to this message), he should consider whether he is placing himself and HTSF at jeopardy of lawsuit because of his participation in these message boards. SEC rules for public disclosure (and plantiff attorneys) are clear that all communications from a public company be publically available to everyone. I am not an attorney. But a respected attorney friend of mine expressed immediate concern at this. For me, I am waiting until: (1) the SEC filings are made and (2) until this very nice run-up settles in. I have gotten caught in run-ups were I purchased in the last 10% of the top only to see it severely regress. My hope for all of you longs is that does not happen here. I do believe that HTSF has a nice product. Hopefully, I will join you for the next run! Good luck!
