They shouldn't let people drive without auto insurance. The problem is you can't stop the guy you need to. Mr "Much Bucks" carries insurance. The poor guy doesn't, and says "sue me!" This is classic in California when you get hit by a Mexican, legal or illegal. The state is not about to prosecute them and jail them for it. The Jails are bursting already. The Police just shrug their shoulders.
