They did a reverse just to get a share price to qualify for NASDAQ. Now they need to do something about the small float and liquiditity. Institutions don't look favorably on investing in small float stocks. I've been through something similar once before. A company I held stock in did a 1-for-10 to get the share price above 5 to get on NASDAQ, and then did a 2-for-1 once they settled in north of 20 to increase the float.
