The current USRX/TXN partnership pays USRX a royalty for each chipset sold to someone other than USRX. The terms were not disclosed. I believe the Cardinal is one such entity, and USRX has also licensed them x2 program code to them to run on the TXN silicon.

Can't wait to find out what USR's role is in the new DSP product.
