This could apply nicely here I think. This is something I picked up from another site. Currently trading at $1.15 - $1.20.

Here it is:

Here is a break down of the TRUE and Probable Potential of FOGC that I thought you guys should see. It really makes sense and is set with the numbers given by Barrons.

The company has stated 1.5 million in revenues per month, initially. Now they also stated that their NET would be roughly 1.16 million USD/ month. If you assume that they do nothing else but open this one well, (never mind all the gas and other oil reserves), calculate this.

P/E of 21 - net earnings of 13.92 million/ year (low figure) divide that by the shares outstanding, lets say after this PP they have 16 million outstanding, although the majority of those are restricted (keep in mind). That would give .87 / share in earnings. (again very lowball).

.87 x 21 - gives you a share price as stated by Barrons Paper of $18.27/share for FOGC. Again keep in mind Shell is trading at a P/E of 35 and many others are much higher.

So we have a share price of $18.27/share - off one well.

Now:

The companies plans:

- sell their gas
- open up more than one well
- parcel up proven and probable reserves.

THIS IS TERRIFIC, and MIND BLOWING NEWS to shareholders.

A lot to chew over, but NOW hopefully everyone will see this MASSIVE proven and probable POTENTIAL.
