I have to say I cringed watching the way Ruykeiser did it and this is even worse if she had no notice. For those who didn't see it, they brought the elf figure of Dudack into the picture and then gave her a dunce cap while talking about how miserable she's been. Then as I recall they sent her figure into oblivion and brought in the new elf. Marc
