Regarding the ETEK merger: I listened to the conference call following their latest earnings. In response to a question, JDSU management mentioned that they were in the process of gathering all requested information regarding the merger. They (JDSU) said that once they have prepared all of the information that was requested, the approval would come 20 days later. Thus, it sounds to me like the ETEK deal is right on track.
