From Briefing: 17:45 ET Oracle Corp (ORCL) 14.67 -0.43: -- Update -- On call, says its current assumption is that it hit bottom in Q2 and that business has started to normalize... for Q3 (Feb.), thinks license revenue growth will still be negative, but better than Q2-- probably negative high-teens yr/yr percentage decline.... in Q4, thinks license revenue growth may be flat, but from there, things should get progressively better.... Q3 EPS forecasted to be flat at $0.10 (consensus is $0.11) and Q4 EPS should be up $0.02-0.03 per share from last year's Q4 when it earned $0.15 per share... for full fiscal year, EPS should be up slightly and operating margins as a percentage of revenue should equal prior year's record level... ORCL -0.14 at 14.53
