Both Gateway and Compaq have been selling the 1 GHz Athlon on their site. Compaq now also sells it at BestBuy, the biggest electronic retail chain. bestbuy.com They also sell them at costco which is again a very large and high volume retail chain store. Gateway now also sells it in their Country Stores. WOW!!! Of course all these CPU will be booked as revenues for this quarter (only few more days to go!). We should see a nice sequential revenue and earnings growth on all three segments (CPU, flash, Comm.)! I very much look forward to the earning's release and CC. Mani
