IBM (IBM - news) won a contract to implement a global currency
settlement system for foreign exchange clearing body CLS Services (CLSS), the computer company said
in a news release Monday.

The new system will accommodate massive daily foreign exchange turnover, which IBM estimates at $3.5 trillion, in a move toward streamlining and reducing risk in the global forex markets.

Didn't the TSE already spend a few hundred million on their system
that doesn't even work.
