Chief, I have followed ITKG for well over a year, and have made money 3 times buying and selling. I still like the company and the possibilities, though I don't currently own any.

I have learned over the past few years, however, that most all penny stocks hope to file their Form 10's ASAP. Hoping to do it, and actually being able to do it, are two different things. So when I read that in any press release, I take it with a grain of salt.
