Kindly show me where I have misrepresented either of the two acts seeing as you are such an expert.
I have merely cautioned against the simplistic approach that was adopted on this thread from the beginning.
If it had been so simple, the various pending legal actions would have been over by now.
Please could you give me the exact date of the letter so that I can satisfy myself that it is indeed a new approach.
The Minister was the first respondent months ago.What has changed?
I doubt wether NGS are nervous having just concluded a deal with De Beers.
Look at the various NR regarding SUF and the share price crash to decide who is nervous.
Why is CJ still over in SA if it is all cut and dried.
I still have yet to see a formal rebuttal over INFOMAN postings.
I am not waiting for Goalie's next newsflash.(I watch the late late shows for old re-runs).
I think that you underestimate the ability of a company like De Beers when it comes to mining expertise etc..
