I feel the judge did that because it's customary to hear the filing. The judge can snikker all he wants but I think the judge is mad at the appeals court for admonishing him. Microsoft and the judge knows this case will end up in the appeals court and the appeals court implied they will reverse the judges decision in a heartbeat just like they did his previous decision.

The only thing that matters is the courts decision, whatever and whenever it is render. Your opinion as well as others, is worthless.
