Looking over some of the historical data you've posted- and I find an interesting comparison:

The last time the NDX had less than 30% of stocks above the 50 day ma was ..... March 11, 2003.

Also noted that the SOX currently has only single digit % over the 21 day ma. Last time that occurred was... Feb. 13, 2003- indicating a major low in them, and leading the overall market bottom by about 4 weeks.
