That's a lie.... The EPA didn't restrict use of fluorinated compounds... They supported VOLUNTARY reduction of their use. They are required to report their emissions though. Most wouldn't see this as unreasonable. Hard right anti-environment nuts don't want any oversight of industry by government and want them to be able to pollute at will with no consequences. epa.gov
