I believe the market makers took advantage of the confusion regarding this release. I can tell you MDIN is ecstatic regarding the results. Partials were released I was told because information was being leaked and reflected in the price moving up. Being a publicly traded company they felt the release needed to be made so everyone had the same information. Nice strong finish.
