That photo says a lot. It no longer takes a storm to push water to the top of some of the sea walls in my area. A stiff southwest wind and high tide can do it. I'm safe right where I am at. Others are not. I cannot understand why there are people denying global warming. Of course there are still people that believe the earth is flat and 6,000 years old. RDK
