It seems only in 24 of the 57 states the employees have this right. What about the state employees in the other 33? Are they second class citizens? If so why? If it is a right as you claim why isn't it nation wide? Are not all citizens entitled to equal rights under the constitution? I know you will just ignore this fact just as you ignore most facts that do not support your lopsided propaganda. citizen chartseer
