What is really sad is that his staff reviewed his testimony and did not clarify. But he does have an excuse. He can say I forgot, heck I cannot remember what I had for breakfast. I'm and old, forgetful man. Of course he will then have to change his story about how he remembers, in detail, how he defended civil rights cases 40 years or so ago. LOL!!
