Hola me amigo... Work is pretty slow right now, but I am getting a few new calls trickling in. But it will pick up. I'm taking advantage of the lull over the next few weeks to get some R&R in. We are headed to Vancouver for a 3 day weekend, on Friday. We are having lunch at Rose's on Sunday. And I am going to be taking more ski days. I hope to find some real estate projects when the opportunity presents itself. I have my eye on a primo piece of property that could be 16-18 units...price just dropped $145k.... You done with the remodel yet? Better git, off to measure up a new project. Take care, Bud. scott
