Not really. Under normal circumstances both companies have a lot going for them.
So, on the face of the TRIB action it looks like they are trying to weasel out of their payment obligations.
My wife is 1/2 Irish, so I know full well how stubborn they can be, and I think this is a case of that, and I also think they will get an education they won't like once the smoke clears.
