Leaving money in cash at TD Ameritrade gets a rate that is almost 0. So, it makes no sense having much money in cash outside of basic expenses. Either T-Bills, equities and/or income stocks. Fed is going to raise rates by .25. I don't play market timer in regard to T-Bills.

A person worth 5M can earn over 300K a year by investing that in riskless T-Bills.
