To transfer most any stock listing to an --.lst file:

1. Cut and Paste the listing into a blank Excel spreadsheet .

2. Select Data - Text to Columns.

3. Usually must pick "Delimited" (Next) check "Space" (Next) (Finish).

4. Cut and Paste the column showing the Stock Symbols into a --.lst file. Save without text formatting, if asked.
