American Cancer Society 2004 outlook... it's a 60 page document...I'd never seen a map of the US with cancer stats for each state...also stats on prevalance of different types of cancer by gender and location...they've been getting nudged by various groups to provide national cluster data...I think this issue is attempting to do so... cancer.org Regards,Zeta
