Hi Joe - I remember seeing a reference to 3/21/97 as the date for mailing the proxy materials, but I can't find it right now. Here is one reference, while I look for the other. "...Proxy materials that provide information on the management appointment will be mailed to shareholders in late March..." novell.com ------------------------------------------- Still looking for the DEF 14A filing with the SEC which should contain the proxy information.
