You are mistaken. You think I am talking about a phony contrived persona. That is NOT what I mean. You have completely missed my point, and zipped on to the point you think I am making, but which is actually your point, and not mine.
You have amazingly, proved my point again. You may think you understood what I said, but reading your post, you could not be further from what I said if you intentionally sprinted off topic. You have imagined your own confection of what I mean, embellished it with the annoyance you have for the confection, and then posted it to me as if I actually believed what you have stated is *my* opinion. It's a very nice straw lady, but it isn't me. And that's my point- the reason you are troubled by me, is that you do not understand me at all. You don't know much about me, you assume incorrectly, the bits of information you do have you have put together in a caricature. It's tempting to do that, goodness knows I've misinterpreted what you've said on occasion, but I always know that in reality, you are much more complex, less black and white, and certainly more polite, in 3d.
You do seem to be relating badly to Ionesco, but that is because you don't have a clue about what I am saying. When people do not have a shared basis in reality for what they are talking about, gross misunderstandings occur. Like this one.
On SI we often see what we want to see. What people *really* are, isn't always that obvious. Not in 3d, and certainly not on SI. (imo, of course). |
