While trying to compare some Excel results with QP2, I happened to run across your old Coppock formula. I would propose that in order to make this a long-term indicator, the following changes should be made:

input="float.lst";
output="coppock.lst";
DaysToLoad=550;
DaysRequired=549;
float a,b,coppock;

weekly; //ROC will not accept 3 digit value
Set ROC=61; //14 months converted to weeks
a:=WMovAvg(0,43,roc);
Set ROC=48;
b:=WMovAvg(0,43,roc);
coppock:=a+b;
If close(0)>0
then
println symbol:-8,close(0):8:3,coppock:8:3;
endif;

Respectfully,
L. Olney
