You said: ...MSFT and the DOJ will have their day in court! And it wont be good for MSFT. I believe that ending this case will be inherently good for Microsoft, regardless of the specific decisions, as long as the decisions are definitive. I believe that having a definitive and concrete decision to build future practices and product changes on will be good for Microsoft. Living in flux, wondering and second-guessing the DOJ, and being at risk from new interpretation of old rules after you did something is bad for Microsoft.
