I don't know about that. The republicans are already passing/repealing laws without them. The more the better. These dems know that their long-running meal ticket is being threatened and are acting like cornered cats. How much you wanna bet that unions start picking up their motel tabs with per diem? It only takes one to break ranks and fulfill the quorum requirement. At some point there must be some violation of law to be prosecuted, including recall. I'm fine with that outcome and I think the majority of voters in Wisconsin are too - especially the longer they remain MIA.
