It was WRONG the way they were treated and hopefully we will find a way to treat all nominees fairly and be judged on their abilities and their ethics, including INTERPRETING Law not MAKING IT.

Hugh Hewitt, I believe it was, said recently that when the next nomination is made for the Supreme Court, the bloggers will OWN the story. He's right. First, off, a lot of the top bloggers are Lawyers. Several, Like Glenn Reynolds, are Law School Profs. So they will be able to cut though the BS from the left immediately when the nominees record is challenged.
