IF one thinks that the TX will EVENTUALLY be completed, and one feels that the TX deal will validate the company, then from a longterm view, one must look at today's price action as a gift. How's that, eh? Of course if one is a trader and one was hoping for a pop to get out after the announcement and one has no idea what this company is about, then one it sh*t out of luck now isn't one?
