Hi Tom,

Thanks for the suggestion. At the present time we are in the accumulation stage of our club. Some meetings we vote to buy others we study some additional stocks and may not buy until after the second meeting. We are not using the dollar cost average approach,(we both know Twinvest is a much better approach.)We are attempting to develop a portfolio of good quality stocks before considering any additional purchases in the same stocks. One of our members suggested we each try and find a "risky" start up to discuss at one of our meetings . We all thought this was a good idea. We obviously won't bet the farm on one of these but I am sure we will eventually do this. I mentioned if and when we do this, we should pre-select our exit price unless the story gets better and better. Our group is growing on a monthly basis in knowledge and interest. I am the guy that enters all of the numbers in the NAIC computer program . The other members dig up info from magazines and the net. It is very social and also educational. It pays to hand pick the members with great thought. I mentioned in 2/2000 we should have an election of officers. The group responded the officer appointments were for "Life". That's fine with me.

Cooking the books in the Green Mountains!
