bull, I just looked up the announcement of the CD-RW drives/disks that came out yesterday by Phillips & others, and it talks about a CD-RW drive coming out next year at $1000, not $500. This makes the break-even point 7.8 GB storage! Of course, at that point, you might as well get a Jaz drive, which will be much more cost-effective (and much, much faster). You reach break-even there at 13 GB stored, and at this point, you have more CD-RW disks to store than Jaz disks.
