Obamacare was a bonanza for those with pre-existing conditions. Even though the latter was most willing to pay high premiums, the insurance companies did not accept their dough as if they were the plague. It appears those patients' status are coming back to square one. Meanwhile, Trump-friendly insurance companies are all smiles again.
