Amen Dude!

All contributions of fish in the box are appreciated! It should of been a lot more shares, but I just didn't like GE's lack of performance yesterday.

When you consider what you really buy when you buy cubes - that's a lot of stocks you wouldn't never buy

In one of the sandboxes someone noted that it is probably silly to play an average. The proposition is that an index is just an average: the best of the worst and worst of the best. So, why not identify the best and play them. Theoretically it makes sense. My problem is that if one of the puppies falls out of favor (i.e., QLGC yesterday), a bloodbath ensues. I decided last year that the majority of my trades would just be playing with the indexes.

How many folks actually understand the construction of the Cubes index and the impact of the top 10 weighted companies; or the effect of GE in the SnP?

We take our elections serious in the swamp. <gg>
