Mike, I have been hearing CSCO rumors since it hit 80......

here is link to two rumors: Bank America and CSCO
both denied.
rats, shorts and Cramers are very nervous about they huge short positions

since csco was buying using pull of interest more can be done
using accounting game(i am not saying they did)
ALA did it different way. Also they revenue from finance as of Q3 was the lowest in the industry 2% range.
