I don't mention the VIX because every time I did mention it I was told it is only good for measuring absolute extremes. I don't believe it. It's best at measuring extremes but it can and does tell us so much more: asianinvestoronline.com However there is no sense beating a dead horse when no one has the horse sense to listen to possibilities that exist outside their own expectations.
