ZEEM - CMGI had a charge i believe which puts the actual earnings around $0.22 w/ the estimates at $0.16. Therefore, they didnt miss estimates by any significant amount. In addition, given the spread of the analysts estamates which were ALL OVER the place, you have very little basis for a lawsuit on those claims. CMGI's earnings fell easily and "comfortable" within the range of estimates.
