This is something that I think a lot about know and then.
First gold. O.K., it's nothing to me, but it sure must be to others.
Remember the Treasure of |Sierra Madre? So amazing I can't put it in words what that movie did to greed.
So we see that the streets in heaven are of gold, as well as whole
cities.
And the Spurgeon piece on sapphires, which is just exquisite in
meaning. And again, they are common as rocks in heaven, and make up whole gates and walls are made of diamonds and sapphires, and here look what happens over a tiny little speck of the stuff.
So, the things men have killed for here will be so common in heaven we will walk on it and not even notice.
