Paul, as mentioned before, little Terra Energy (TTR.V) spent the better part of the past two years building significant pipeline smack in the middle of Montney country. They build one of the only pipelines to cross the Peace River in the area.
Some good pictures and other info on the Terra website.

They own a lot of pipeline now and made it clear in one of their recent news releases (can't recall which one) that capacity is for rent.

Might be a small lead for you.
