Calypso & Enam - Here's what I'll do. I'm going to ask Jaws if the companies that they are dealing with are voicing the same concerns, i.e. the algorithm is not recognized by any standards organization and no well-known and well-respected cryptographers have reviewed it.

I have no doubt that some companies might shy away from using Jaws because of what you're saying. But we're not looking for world domination here. The market is huge and Jaws only needs a little bit of it to be successful. I am also not saying that there won't come a day when Jaws will be tested by "well-respected" cryptographers. Right now, though, I think that the money is better spent elsewhere.
