RB's initial reaction to my compaints regarding NetAction was " we provide averaged order processing time of under 2 minutes, we are striving for 45 sec - 1 min"! It sounded impressive until I realized they were saying "AVERAGED"! When questioned further they admitted that when "traffic is high" orders may be delayed as long as 14 minutes!!!!!! This contributed to my position that they have NO Daytrading facility in place! Nor do they appear to care....they are caring now! the Chief
