I agree. It's been a long struggle. Let's enjoy the moment through the weekend. We've got plenty of time to dissect(sp) the Series B converts as to the impact of stock value. Are they floorless or not? I don't know, Zeev will if there has been enough info given in the press release. At this point, after watching the stock go from $9+ dollars down to $.12, does it really matter? Regards, Marty
