Re: "With all due respect, I don't believe what he said is against the law" PB, The First Amendment says "the Government shall pass no law...." It is not against the law to make false and libelous statements. Anyone can do it without fear of imprisonment. It does however expose you to legal action to recover damages for the harm you may have caused. EP
