If Greeny needs to, he will lower if the market goes into a heavy decline, but i don't see him doing it more than 25 basis points right now. He is stuck in a rock and a hard place right now...save the market or save the dollar. Sorry, but the market goes...if he lowers rates too much in an attempt to save them it will have negative affects on the dollar.
